Question about the Hand.

Question for the flist, if anyone out there knows:

How dead was Elektra when the Hand brought her back? Did they retcon it so that the resurrection occured within a few hours or days of her death, or was she actually dead and buried? (I seem to recall a picture somewhere of Matt "reading" the writing on her gravestone with his fingertips, but that may or may not mean anything).

Did they actually have her body to perform various resurrection rituals on (the way they did with Echo), or did they call her up out of the ether with L33t Ninja Powers (tm)?

I have and love "Born Again" (which always impressed me as a comparitively good treatment of mental illness/bi-polar disorder for back in the day), but I'll have to see about getting the first three trades.
