I couldn't resist. fanfic_hate is currently wanking on Batshit Crossovers, and so I succumbed to evil and shared the horror that is the PotC/My Little Ponies Crossover.

I know that it was A) ev0l of me to be on fanfic_hate in the first place and B) doubly ev0l to inflict the soul destroying agony that knowledge of this fic's existence brings on others, but I felt that if any fic deserved to be mentioned on that thread, it was that one.

Aw, nobody's nominated my Buffyverse/Sex Pistols crossover. I'm all disappointed.

But that's because Spike and the sex pistols in the same fic makes a certain amount of sense. Or, at least, more sense than Pokemon/X-Men or Pirates of the Caribbean/My Little Ponies.

Now, if you wrote a fic where Spike was magically tranported to middle earth and met Batman--because Bruce, of course, is actually Boromir's long lost second brother--that might appear there.

Nowt wrong with that. I once put the US Subs in a Buffyverse/'Blakes 7' crossover, purely to cheer up a friend who is a fan. (Buffy/B7 is practically a mini-fandom in its own right)
