They Want Me to Write *What*?

Oh Holy Fuck. I just got a letter from the Hollins University Enlish Department asking me to write an honors thesis.

There goes my plan to avoid writing an English thesis by taking the Creative Writing student cop out and submitting a portfolio instead.

Damn. I guess I'd better go in and talk to my adviser tomorrow to find out exactly what this entails (beyond a lot of work).

And while I'm there signing away my senior year to paper-writing, I might as well find out about adding a History major as well.

That's some twisted sort of honor, right? On that account, congratulations. On the other hand, bummer about one more paper.

At my university, we have to have a portfolio which includes a 20-page senior thesis. But I don't have to get around to that until...next spring, methinks.
