Happy Halloween, Samhain, and (a day in advance) All Saints' Day! And of course, to my fellow OuaTim fans, I wish a happy, bullet & blood filled Day of the Dead.
In celebration, I offer some bloody and/or creepy recs.
Losing Sleep by Stakebait, a twisted little foray into BDSM starring Gregor, Mark, and the Black Gang (from Lois McMaster Bujold's Miles Voekosigan series).
Tourniquet by Veruka (WIP). Most Hp fics featuring transfer students are horrible. This one is horrible too, but in a good, sadomasochistic, gore-stained way. You see, unlike your average exchange student, Gwendolyn Cross is quite thoroughly psychotic. At one point, she vivisects Neville's toad out of boredom.
Guede Mazaka writes OuaTiM slash fics that are full of black humour and very, very hot. Restraint is not one of those fics. This one is brutal, graphic, and dark, with a Sands that is a little less sane than most (Sands/El & El/Sands, non-con warning).
