So, I've got my h/c bingo card. It's got more psychological h/c and less "true" (i.e. physical injury/illness) h/c than would be ideal, but yay for no brain damage or eating disorders.

I think you may have already hit Bingo with just the Salt Aliens. (I'm cheating and counting Therapy, since Tony's going to need some.)

RR&R 4 hits bingo, too (deprogramming/brainwashing - providing the magical version counts, aliens made us do it, imprisonment, evil scientific experiments, and desperate confessions. The irony? Almost all of the scenarios involve Wanda, Hank, Clint, or Thor rather than Steve or Tony, and most are canon- plot-related rather than deliberately put in for the h/c value).

I don't think it would actually count for the challenge, though, provided we finish it by December, because it wasn't actually conceived of and written for the challenge.

That's always the unfun part, realizing that you have to write it anyway. And then you sort of cackle to yourself, because it's nothing more than an excuse to inflict horror on the characters you love.
