At long last, the twelfth chapter of "A Pirate's Life" is finished (leaving only three more to go). The first eleven chapters can be found here.
In other news, I've re-dyed my hair red (it had faded to a sort of red-blonde). No one has commented on it yet, which I am hoping means that it looks good/natural (theorizing that if it were horrid, someone would say something). I once more look like a bespectacled version of my icon.
On the negative side, the ankle I twisted the other day still hurts (probably walking two miles to get to campus and back isn't good for it), and I'm developing a truly vicious chest cold. You know, the hoarse, hacking, deep in your bronchial tubes kind. *coughs* I swear, I'm channeling the spirit of Doc Holliday here.
