Parts of this month's Iron Man bear an amusing resemblance to the second chapter of fixit fic (*pets IamEmotionallyDeadAndCareNothingForMyOwnLife!Tony*).

So, the Helicarrier was briefly taken over by cancer zombies, Tony and co. visited my cousin's air base in Okinawa, Sal died, Mariaa Hill was astonishingly not incompetant, Dugan is the bomb, and Maya is now working for the Mandarin.

Also, Tony loved Steve like a brother. Uh-huh, sure Mr. Knauf. A brother on Supernatural, maybe.

I got really upset when the first thing Maya said to him after Sal died was that if he'd let her run more tests, it might not have happened?! Um, this is not the time to say that!

Sure hope he can find some reason to keep going, since all the people he cares about have been dropping like flies lately.
