Wednesday has become my favorite day of the week, brining me first comics, then Sawyer Lost.
Today's new issues included the second issue of Mighty Avengers, which continues to be glorious crack.
Oh my God, naked metal She-Ultron. An entire issue of gratuitously naked supervillainy, complete with breasts that are actually affected by gravity. I love Marvel.
Though I still want to know what's happened to Tony, since he very obviously isn't dead, and since it's now been established that this is She-Ultron in a body designed to look like Jan, and not a gender-swapped Tony.
Tragically, I do not yet posses the wonder that is naked She-Ultron, because I could only buy one comic, and they finally had Confessions in stock. I'll go back and get it Friday after I finally get paid.
Also, I scanned Jack of Fables at the library, and how much do I heart the writer for sticking in the imprisoned Fable named Sam who runs aways from tigers and turns them into butter? Fun shout-out to a (nowadays) obscure story (and certainly one that's been "revised" in every more recent form of it I've seen). I think you get ten billion negative political correctness points if you recognize it, but I've never pretended to be particularly enlightened.
