I know they think they're right. They may be completely right. Minors like myself should not be exposed to NC-17 fics, and the sites should be protected with passwords and verified memberships, or whatever.
But I don't think they'd ever understand that they would bring our community down with them - or perhaps, they won't even mind. Bringing those names to authorities is painfully, and ridiculously drastic. Get a hold of yourselves! They should personally email every one in their all mighty "Black List" instead of treating them like they deserve detention for being bullies. Honestly.
