From [livejournal.com profile] sodzilla: Five alcoholic beverages Athos would never touch, even if the alternative were dread sobriety.

1) Anjou Wine. He only drank it when he couldn't find champaigne anyway, and after the affair with the poison, it lost its savour.

2) Rum. Drinking is supposed to be an expereince, not a contest to see who can be unconscious first, which is the only reason a man would want to drink some wretched sticky liquid they make in the West Indies out of cane trees.

3) Anything offered to him by a member of the Cardinal's Guards.

4) The beer at that one tavern Aramis likes in the Latin Quarter. He isn't certain how the proprietor makes it, but Porthos has loudly and repeatedly speculated that goat piss is involved, and now nobody can drink it.

5) Laudanum, even when the surgeon offered it to him after the fight in the Rue Ferou. For drowning pain, it's wine or nothing.

From [livejournal.com profile] fabu: Five places that Jack, Will and Elizabeth have shared a bed (to sleep or otherwise)

1) The captain's cabin on the Black Pearl, after they raised her from the depths the second time. The walls were damp and encrusted with barnacles, and the sea breeze blew through the broken glass of the windows. Neither Jack nor Will paid any mind to this, and Elizabeth decided that tacking some pieces of tarpaulin up could wait until morning.

2) The floor of Tia Dalma's hut, with a blanket underneath them and Will's leather coat spread over the three of them to keep out the cold.

3) In Tortuga, in the upstairs room of a tavern. It was the first time since leaving Port Royal that Will had slept in a bed with sheets. The sheets had fleas in them. The world being a terribly unfair place, none of the fleas bit Jack.

4) A jail cell in Port Royal, after Norrington caught up with them again, freshly armed with Beckett's letter of marque. When Beckett told Norrington what he intended to do with Jones's heart, and Norrington decided to trade in his honour again to gain Jack's aid in stopping him, he had to say something very loud and sarcastic to get the three of them to notice him standing on the other side of the bars.

5) The second floor bedroom in Governor Swann's mansion, after Beckett's attempted coup was stopped and Will and Elizabeth's long-delayed wedding finally came to pass. Jack climbed in through the window, and both the newlyweds were gone the next morning. Elizabeth left a farewell note addressed to her father on the pillow. Jack left muddy footprints on the floor.
