Dude, why have I never watched the commentaries on DVDs before tonight? These things are awesome! (Note to anyone out there with the LXG DVD: check out the feature on the making of Hyde--they did it all with make-up and prosthetics and the extremely enthusiastic FX guy's explanation of how is really fun to watch). They've got FX stuff, and set stuff, and costume stuff, and damn, now I'm gonna have to break out my PotC and LotR DVDs and watch the extras on them, too.
We had to take Shaggy (my grandmother's dog, for those who remember) to the vet to be put to sleep today--she had cancer in her back legs. She was a wonderful dog, and we're all going to miss her.
Less depressingly, I finally finished the article on the mid-Ohio swap meet for Classic Motorcycle Mechanic. Now I just need to caption the pictures, polish it a bit, and sent it off.
