Well, I'm back from Virginia Beach, slightly sunburned and somewhat bruised from six days of swimming and attempting to surf. ( Account of VA Beach )
Cary & Tyler (my two middle first cousins) and I marathoned Trigun every evening--I brought my DVDs. ( Rambles on Trigun )
I'm limping now, having clocked myself with the 9' longboard on the last day. I fell off, the board went sailing into the air, and I narrowly avoided being hit in the head with it. Fortunately, it only got me in the leg. It probably would have knocked me out otherwise. Surfing can be dangerous when you suck.
Sadly, I won't be able to go to Otakon this weekend like I thought, which means that I dyed my hair red for nothing (not too tragic, as I look good with red hair). I shall devote my time to writing my PotC fic and last two articles instead.
