Nick Fury as the Old Robber Woman and Bucky as the Little Robber Girl Boy were actually the very first cames I decided on, and half the inspiration for the story (i.e. "Oooh, and Bucky would be the little robber girl, and Fury would be the bandit leader, and then Clint and Sam would be the two crows, and Wanda would be the enchantress with the garden, and who the *#%& would be the reindeer?").
