I wrote an entire femslashy version of the Snow Queen for a friend for Christmas, and so I'm all Snow Queen'd out at present. Besides, this saves me the inevitable embarrassment of trying and failing to measure up to what you've done. ;)
And yet, despite the fact that I've read and reread this story a dozen times or more in the last week, reading yours is still distinct and fascinating. Excellent writing.
