In which KKK is compared alongside gay people;

Let's imagine for a minute that the KKK decides to hold a protest in your hometown. There are lots of people marching and shouting, waving signs and yelling and wearing their customary garb. How does that make you feel? Angry? Frustrated? Enraged? Frightened?

The thing it doesn't make you feel is this: "Oh boy! I realize now just how wrong I've been. I want to run out and join the Klan."

In fact, it's likely to make you want to go get involved opposing the Klan -- giving money to the Southern Poverty Law Center, attending an anti-racism rally, supporting community or national groups that work in opposition to the Klan.

...and I think that counts as a straw argument, cause I don't care what the KKK is doing, protesting or waiting at a corner with free lemonade, I'll still be against the KKK because they are wrong!
