For me, it's Steve and Tony at numerous points in 616 Marvel, as well as Kirk & Spock. (I'm trying to think of a non-canon het pairing I OTP that isn't at the very least canonically ship-teased/full of intentional canon subtext the author wants you to notice and failing. Uh, Sandor Clegane/Sansa Stark is presumably not being intentionally ship-teased during A Storm of Swords... I hope.)
