Having listened to loud country music all the way home from work, and then grilled things for dinner (burning things=therapy), I feel much less bitter now.
That, and my parents are watching Cold Mountain downstairs, which has an awesome depition of the Battle of the Crater at the beginning and a great soundtrack (though the rest of the movie post-siege-of-Petersburg sucks, and the ending sucks hard).
Maybe I'll break out that bootleg CD of whiney country songs about the Civil War I got from my uncle and listen to it real loud on headphones. Or go work on that Lonesome Dove fic some more. Or do both simultaneously.
