Oh, this is just gorgeous. I really love the translation from the Marvel universe to Andersen's; once I saw this posted tonight, I went and read all the previous parts, as well, and I'm just completely blown away by how beautifully you've combined the two worlds.

I think my favorite part so far has to be the description of Steve casting away his old armor and picking up the shield; that's just so poignant and lovely and sad, all at the same time.

In closing: this is amazing. :)
