It's (literally) a second chance for both of them. The trick will be avoiding getting too emo, or worse, sappy. Hopefully, the fact that they're both pretty much constitutionally unable to express verbal affection for people will help (I think Tony told Rumiko Fujikawa he loved her, like, once, and they dated for about sixty issues).
